Ontology & Knowledge Map: Building the Foundation
Our knowledge graph is the heart of our platform, mapping relationships between concepts, theories, and domains of social change. Contributing to our ontology and knowledge map helps build the foundation for collective intelligence.
- Add new concepts and relationships to our domain ontologies
- Contribute to theory of change frameworks and causal models
- Help expand our semantic web infrastructure and data models
- Validate and refine existing knowledge graph connections
- Contribute domain expertise to specific areas (climate, democracy, health, etc.)
Our knowledge graph covers nine core domains: Semantic Web, Ecosystems, Climate, Democracy & Journalism, Governance & Transparency, Health & Happiness, Affluence & Equality, Science & Education, and Open Data Sources. Each domain benefits from specialized expertise and insights.
Contributors can work with our TTL (Turtle) files, suggest new relationships, validate existing connections, or help expand our understanding of how different concepts relate to each other. This foundational work enables all other aspects of our platform.
Code & Development: Building the Platform
Our platform combines semantic web technologies, data processing, and user interfaces to create powerful tools for collective intelligence. Contributing to our codebase helps build the infrastructure that makes our vision possible.
- Python development for data processing and validation scripts
